How long does it take to complete a design project?
Most design projects are completed within 3-7 business days. Logo packages typically take 3-5 days for startup packages, 5-7 days for professional packages, and 14-21 days for premium brand identity packages. Rush delivery is available on request for an additional fee.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive high-resolution files in multiple formats suitable for both print and web use. This typically includes PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) depending on the service. All files are print-ready and optimized for professional use.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. All packages include multiple rounds of revisions. Startup logo packages include 2 rounds, professional packages include 3 rounds, and premium packages include unlimited revisions. We work with you until you are completely satisfied with the final design.
What is your pricing?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. Logo design starts at $447 for startup packages, $747 for professional packages, and $2,247 for premium brand identity. What is your design process?
Our process begins with understanding your business, goals, and preferences. We then create initial concepts based on your requirements. You review the concepts and provide feedback. We refine the designs based on your input and deliver the final files in all requested formats.
What information do you need to get started?
We need basic information about your business, target audience, and design preferences. For logo design, we ask about your company name, industry, preferred colors, and any specific elements you want included. For other projects, requirements vary based on the service.
Can you match my existing brand colors and style?
Absolutely. We can work within your existing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials. If you are looking to refresh your brand, we can also help update your visual identity while maintaining brand recognition.
Do I own the final designs?
Yes. Once your project is completed and paid for, you own full rights to the final designs. You receive all source files and can use the designs however you wish without any restrictions.

Payment & Guarantees
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers. Payment is typically 50% upfront to begin the project and 50% upon completion before final files are delivered.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

What if I am not happy with the initial concepts?
